Institutional versus Individual Membership
Institutional membership category is for business and industry partners, college programs, and professional organizations who would like to support and join NYSTEA. It is not meant for school districts, private schools or charter schools. Membership by a school or district does not provide individual memberships for teachers. 

All others should join using the Individual Membership option.  Schools or districts desiring membership for multiple teachers should have an “Individual Membership” for each teacher.
