​2026 Student Conference:
January 9-11th, 2026 

Each winter, NYSTEA hosts its annual High School Theatre Conference at the Villa Roma in beautiful Callicoon, New York.  This high-spirited weekend is jam-packed with fun and educational theatre workshops, performances, and special events... all taught and attended by people who love theatre, just like you!

REGISTRATION MATERIALS AND FORMS

DUE OCTOBER 15th: 
  • Preliminary Participant Form 
  • Sponsor NYSTEA Membership 
  • Scholarship Applications (optional)  
    • ​NYSTEA Scholarship 
      • The purpose of this scholarship is to provide one or more full scholarships to the NYSTEA Student Conference for Juniors and Seniors who are considering pursuing a degree in Theatrical Arts
    • Karl F. Hueglin Scholarship
      • ​The purpose of this scholarship is to provide one or more full scholarships to the NYSTEA Student Conference for students who have a major interest in technical theatre
DUE NOVEMBER 1st:
  • Final Participant Form w/ Rooming List
  • 3rd Year Application (Due December 1st) ​
DUE NOVEMBER 15th:​

  • Student Workshop Preference Form
  • Sponsor Duty Form
  • Chaperone Duty Form-one per chaperone 
  • Final Payment and Registration Form- HARD COPY mailed to Treasurer ​
OTHER REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
